PD100MC0MP1 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, No Lead packages. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 20V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. It is possible for the photodiodes within a circuit to release 75mW heat. For photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 20V. Photodiodes exhibit 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
