LTR-546AB Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial, Side View packages. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is set to 30V, the photodiodes can work effectively. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 30nA current.
