The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 150mW heat. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 150mW. Photodiodes can work properly at 30V reverse voltage in the DC circuit. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 30nA current.
