TEMD6010FX01 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 1206 packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 16V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 100mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 16V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 100mW. Photodiodes can work properly at 16V reverse voltage in the DC circuit. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 2nA current.
