LTC2978BCUP Overview
There is a package of Tube for it. In order to save space, it comes in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The mounting is done according to Surface Mount. Temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C when functioning. Because of its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Power Supply Controller/Monitor. The 3.3V 4.5V~15V supply voltage allows for high efficiency. Currently there is 10mA current being supplied to the system.
