TEA1892TS/1X Overview
Package Tape & Reel (TR) contains it. To save space, it is offered in the SC-74, SOT-457 package. It is mounted according to Surface Mount. During function, the temperature should not exceed -40°C~150°C. Its exceptional performance makes it an excellent choice for Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier. High efficiency can be achieved with a 8.5V~38V supply voltage. Currently, there is 1mA current being supplied. The GreenChip™ series includes this electrical component.
