GHS 12-SME Overview
In order to provide safety protection, the current sensors are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. For protection, these current sensors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). These current sensors should be able to deliver a maximum current of 14mA. Currently, the sensors have 8 terminations. These current sensors can supply a voltage of 5V while working. Current sensors should supply 4.5V as the minimum voltage. Nevertheless, current sensors should not supply voltages higher than 5.5V.
