SI8506-B-IM Overview
In order to provide safety protection, the current sensors are packaged in 12-VFQFN packages. The devices are protected from damage by the Tube package. There should be 7mA as the maximum current supplied by these current sensors. The current supplied by current sensors should not be higher than 7mA. This current sensor must operate at a temperature greater than -40°C. Nevertheless, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 125°C for the current sensors. A current sensor is designed for a current of 20A. This current sensor features 12 pins. When they are operated, the current sensors can provide 5.5V voltage.
