SI8512-C-ISR Overview
A 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used for the protection of the current sensors. In order to protect the devices from damage, these current sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Ideally, these current sensors should supply a maximum current of 7mA. It is important that current sensors do not supply more current than 7mA. These current sensors must operate at a temperature greater than -40°C in order to be effective. As a result, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 125°C for the current sensors.
