IX2120BTR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 15V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A total of 28 pins are available on the device.The maximum output current can amount to 2A.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 1200V.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 150°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.
