IR4428 Overview
The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package provides greater flexibility.Tube is the packaging method.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 6V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting, Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR4428.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.
