Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6605.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 5V.There are 8 component pins on the board.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 33V.
