SKP02N60XKSA1 designed based on NPT technology belongs to the family of fast IGBTs with soft, fast recovery anti-parallel EmCon diode. It provides 75% lower Eoff compared to the previous generation combined with low conduction losses. Due to the NPT technology, this electronic part is capable of delivering very tight parameter distribution, high ruggedness, temperature-stable behavior, and parallel switching capability. The SKP02N60XKSA1 IGBT can be well-suited for motor controls and inverters.
