IRU3018CWTR Overview
IRU3018CWTR voltage regulator has advantages from low-noise, low-dropout, and a miniaturized design. The low dropout voltage as well as low quiescent current permit operation at very minimal power consumption. IRU3018CWTR regulator is perfect to power noise-sensitive components, for instance, video, medical, or test and measurement application.
Currently, it supports a total of 3 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 1.3V~5.5V is provided by this power supply regulator. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. It is intended for use in applications such as Controller, Intel Pentium? II and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 5V 12V.
