ISL6265HRTZ-T Overview
A total of 3outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Volatge output is set to 0.5V~1.55V by this voltage controller. Its mounting type is Surface Mount. The electrical regulator is targeted at Controller, AMD SVI Capable Mobile CPU and other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -10°C~100°C in order to prevent malfunction.
