PD93-21C/TR8 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. A continuous voltage of 32V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 10nA current.
