AR0330CS1C12SPKA0-CR Overview
A 64-VFBGA, CSPBGA package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. A voltage of 1.7V~1.9V 2.4V~3.1V should be supplied by the image sensors. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 69.5 dB. An image sensor with an optical format of 1/3 inch has been specified. The image sensor has 61 pins. It is recommended that the voltage supplied by image sensors be 2.9V at all times.
