AP3783RCK6TR-G1 Overview
In the SOT-23-6 package, the ac to dc converter is embedded.Tape & Reel (TR) case is available for the ac dc converter.Surface Mount mounts this AC/DC converter.It is recommended that the ac dc converter be operated at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ °C in order to achieve its full performance.80kHz is the switching frequency.The voltage range of the supply can be set to 6.8V~35V (Vcc/Vdd).The ac dc converters is suitable for mounting by Surface Mount .It is provided with SOT-26 pacakge.When the maximum 150°C is set, the AC to DC power converter runs steadily.It is necessary that the minimum working temperature of this isolated switch not fall below -40°C .
