CY27410LTXI-013 Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input.
