SI5345B-D07654-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
