SI5345A-D04312-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.028GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
