CY2548QC004 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-UFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 4 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 166MHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as there are 2.25V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C TA to ensure reliable performance.
