SI5335C-B02329-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
