CY2548QIT Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-UFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 4 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 166MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
