HMC815LC5 Overview
In the 21GHz~27GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Strip.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -55°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 270mA in order to deliver its performance.
