HMC924LC5TR Overview
In the 10GHz~16GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 290mA.
