RF modulator operates at 11.5GHz~12.8GHz frequency.RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 32 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.
