HMC727LC3C Overview
The frequency of 0Hz~14GHz determines how RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 16 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
