1635MHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 28 terminations integrated.28-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -30°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
