HMC394LP4E Overview


The frequency of 0Hz~2.2GHz determines how RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.24-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It must not be less than -55°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 194mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
