The frequency of 37GHz~44GHz determines how RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 150mA in order to deliver its performance.
