HMC494LP3ETR Overview
A frequency of 0Hz~18GHz is used to operate RF modulator.The enhanced 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 16 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 16 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 103mA range.
