HMC583LP5E Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 11.5GHz~12.8GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
