HMC570LC5 Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 17GHz~21GHz.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.32 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 32 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It must not be less than -55°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 125mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
