HMC363S8GE Overview
This RF modulator operates at 0Hz~12GHz frequency.With the enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 8 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 70mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
