HMC448LC3BTR Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 20GHz~25GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.Integrated into this RF module are 12 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.12-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.
