HMC561LP3ETR Overview
Using the frequency of 8GHz~21GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin RF module.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 98mA range.
