For optimal performance, the RF Switches make use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when the RF Switch is in operation.The HMC550 family of high power RF switchs includes this high power RF switch.There are 6 pins that are used for the operation of the high power RF switch.WiMAX / WiBro RF Type from the RF switch ic.3.3V voltage can be supplied by the RF Switch.
