Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.There are 24 terminations in this RF Switch.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C when the RF Switch is in operation.As a member of the ADRF5130 family of high power RF switchs, this is a high power RF switch.During high power RF switch operation, 24 pins are used.It is possible for the RF Switch to supply voltages of 5V.
