It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of the RF Switches.During RF Switch operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C.General Purpose RF Type from the RF switch ic.1.65V~2.75V voltage can be supplied by the RF Switch.
