In the 71GHz~86GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced Die package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 0-pin RF module.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -55°C to ensure its reliability.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 175mA.
