RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 250MHz.RF IC with the enhanced 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 56 terminations integrated.It is a 56-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
