HMC434TR Overview
On the basis of the frequency 0Hz~8GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced SOT-23-6 package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 6 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.6-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.
