HMC847LC5 Overview
An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 32 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
