On the basis of the frequency 23.5MHz~6GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
