Based on the frequency of 4GHz~8GHz, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, this RF IC is excellent.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 8 terminations integrated.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.
