TCP-3082H-QT Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz.The enhanced 6-VFDFN package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 6 terminations integrated.This is a 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -30°C.
