Using the frequency of 4GHz~8GHz, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
