The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 11GHz~17GHZ.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -55°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 127mA in order to deliver its performance.
