The frequency of 17GHz~24GHz determines how RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Strip package is used for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.32 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.
